Our client was a new mama who was fed up with her nursing bras and was looking for a better solution. She was in the process of working with manufacturers to construct something beautiful that would meet the demands of her lifestyle. 

She had creative ideas of how to bootstrap a business, what kind of product she wanted to bring to the market, and what impact she wanted to have on new mothers.

But she had a prototype, not a business.

No visuals.
No customers.
Not even a name. 

There were so many parts of her business that needed attention that she really didn’t know where to start.

Considering how many women have babies, we needed to get dialed in on the target audience so we could more effectively speak to, target, and acquire customers.

Customer Acquisition

After identifying optimal advertising opportunities and discovering they were significantly out of budget, it was time to get creative.

We opted to skip the spendy paid ads and take a more personal approach to leverage strategic partnerships and brand advocates to increase brand awareness.

Brand Implementation

We implemented the brand identity across different channels and touch points including an e-comm website, social media platforms, email marketing, and brand collateral.
